Did I not say that PMS does that too me?? I am glad though that 3-7 days a week its when I only want sweets and horrible food.
I did eat 3 bbq chicken breast, popcorn and water too for Breakfast and Lunch. The popcorn is 94% fat free, so its not to too bad!!

I know I'm struggling and getting into my old routine since my sleeping and days are getting confused with 3 meals and 2 snacks. I know that's what helped me lose weight with working out and I just need to get balanced again and start doing that again. I know we all have our own struggles and eating at certain times are mine.
No workout today....my body has been getting sleepy with the PMS this time. :(
