Day 59

I did do some home exercise today, which including working out my arms, 100 crunches and 100 leg lifts.  I think no matter what I do and cant make it to the gym I need to make sure I do these.  I do feel the burn with these and I push myself. 

I did have junk food again today,

Hamburger
3 Tacos
Jalitos with Ranch
Peanut Buster Parfait
