Day 68

I thought at this point I could of been so much closer to my goal, and I slacked and therefore I haven't gotten as close as I would like.  I am happy to know I can do it and if I got back on track I could lose that weight at a good range. 

2 steak
squash
zucchini
PBJ sandwich
a few sweet pickles
Pasta

Exercise with arms, legs, crunches
