Day 82

I had a couple of slices of pizza left, so I had 2 of those, strawberry lemonade, Banana nut bread, chili mac and corn, juice, hamburger, fries, double sundae and limeade


because.......................Im a fatty!!!!!!!

Day 81

I ate half a pizza from Papa Murphys, ocean water, and Banana Nut Bread from the Donation people, cause that stuff is the bomb diggity!!! :)

Then I went to Outback Steakhouse and had steak, mixed veggies, salad, and a part of a bloomin onion with a strawberry Lemonade!! :)

Day 80

I walked a mile today :)

Day 77

Walked 3 miles today!!! :)

I went and walked the lake with my friend today.  She dont walk slow, so we sped walked, but the thing about it is, I noticed I walk like 2 more steps out of 10 than the average person.  I am realizing that I cant walk as fast as most people, totally sucks.

Day 73

Today I thought I was going to fast cause I didnt eat all day and had a bit of a sore throat but decided to go out and get some hot and sour soup and drank some cranberry grape juice and 2 cookies.

Also I had went to the Dr today and they weighed me in at 248 so I went up 4 pounds, BUT I also was starting my period and bloated.  You  may think, oh 4 pounds of bloat.....yeah....mine is bad.  Im not saying I didnt gain a few pounds though, but I dont think it was 4.


Day 72

I am currently trying to get my gallbladder out and have been going to the Dr and should have some more appointments in the near future.

My fruit snacks, are not just pure sugar, they are the Kellogs bran and have 80 calories and zero fat.  I take them to work and eat them in my 4 hour shifts and also I bring some cocoa almonds to snack on too.

I kinda stopped taking pics of my food and working out (obviously, cause I havent been going) and I know that thisblog is boring, but I want to keep it up WHEN I start getting back on track.

Day 67

I have not been good on my diet for almost 2 months, I wont lie.  I do still try and eat the best I can with what I have and make sure I grab water and vegetables throughout the day, but I wont lie and say that my love for working out has depleted.  I know it will come again soon, I know it will, but I just hope it would hurry up and get here.

Todays menu was Ceasar salad, lemonade, 10 wings, fries, carrots, ranch, payday, almonds, fruit snacks.

Day 66

I havent had this rice in a long time, maybe over a year, so today I craved it and got it.  I also had water, sundae, Ritz chips, bubble gum snow cone and a hamburger.

I did workout a little bit of arms, legs, crunches and I mowed the grass!! :)

I'm so glad that my work has been given me more hours.  I had doubled my hours for the week in the first 2 days earlier this week.

Day 63

When I had went to the grocery store the day before I wanted some Cesar salad and my oh my, I made some today and it was delish.  I had gotten some romaine lettuce, chopped it up, poured some Cesar dressing over it, with some croutons and cheese.....so yummy.

I also had orange juice, zero bar, strawberry, nuts, steak, 2 margaritas, veggies and honey BBQ bites.


Day 62

I went to church this day and we went to a new place to eat and I had 3 fried chicken, cause 1 or 2 wasn't enough, lol, mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, lemonade, chili dog, orange juice, BBQ chips and cheese.

I had went to the grocery store because we had nothing and was starving after work and I craved cheese for some reason, so I bought some of all sorts.

Day 61

You would think that I write down everything everyday, that I can see how bad I have been eating and not eat it.

Day 60

Big day 60!!!  2 months officially on a diet/slipping to lose weight.  I knew this was going to be hard and I knew it was going to be a battle.  I knew not to relax and get comfortable.  I knew for me, I had to stay away from all bad food in order for me to cave in and I did....I caved.  I know its just one of those things that I'm going to have to get back on track and stay focused.  I'm not sure what its going to take for me too, but I will!!!

Day 59

I did do some home exercise today, which including working out my arms, 100 crunches and 100 leg lifts.  I think no matter what I do and cant make it to the gym I need to make sure I do these.  I do feel the burn with these and I push myself.

Day 58

I wish I went somewhere and had a scale to weigh in, an accurate one.  I also wish I was on fire about exercise as I once was.  I know I will be and I know I'm sure going through this rut.  I loved watching my body change and my clothes fit bigger.  I loved how I felt and I know I will get tired of this way and be on fire again....just hope it comes soon!!

Day 57

I had that I have been off on my diet.  I hate that I haven't been working out like I used too.  Ill be honest....I have NO idea why my motivation went out the window.  I know its because my scale left and I didn't have motivation to go weigh in and see any results, so I guess I threw in the towel.  I am still trying to eat better and still be more active, but nothing like I used too.  I know we all get in this rut, but I do refuse to totally give up and not still try and push to lose weight.

I did get accepted to have my surgery and a lady the other day came in and said she lost 16 pounds in 2 weeks from it.....BONUS!!!! haha.....I mean if something like that good comes out of it, I cant complain.

Im not going to lie and say that I wasn't worried about my measurement day.  I have slacked all month in every area, BUT at the same time, still tried to eat the best I could and to work out, even if it was at home.  I was more worried that my inches went up and if you really look at it, some of them did, like in my arms and thighs.  Those honestly don't bother me, because I know I'm losing weight, and since I work out my arms and legs the most, I can tell that their toning and not getting fatter.  I'm not saying I'm gaining muscle, but I can tell their toning.  I really try not to use alot of weights, because I do want to still lose weight and work on that and not gain muscle yet, but just to keep it toned.


I was happy with the results considering I felt like a lazy arse this month.  One week, went into two weeks, into 3 and what do you know....the month is almost gone.  I keep thinking what it would of been like if I pushed myself like I did the first month and the results.  I am still proud of myself though for choosing better and drinking more water and eating alot cleaner.  I know it didn't seem like it from the first month, but to be "lazy", I still think I did pretty good and the results showed it.  


I do hope that March will be alot better and I get back on the wagon.  My weigh in is later this month of March, early April and I would love to lose another 20 pounds.  I guess I need to start having a mind frame of it, maybe 5 pounds a week and see where it gets me.  I know I can do this!!!!! :)  


I know I need to find a scale too, because that every week is what motivated me to see the results.  It pushed me harder and had me looking forward to something, in a bitter sweet way.


So the results are in for February and we took pictures again of the same poses and in the same clothes for my results.  I am hoping one day to share with you the nasty pictures of my body, lol, hopefully when I'm alot thinner and more in shape, but until then, those are for me :)

Day 55


I woke up, went to church and had a great time!!!  Went to lunch with my bestie....

Day 54

I worked all day today and was tired and ran ragged at work, but at the same time it was a good day at work.

I was having a down day today, had some errands to run, but really didn't feel like myself.

Day 52

Today was picture day!!!!!  Don't judge me...haha.  I just don't see a difference at all in any of my pictures.  It feels useless sometimes, but at the same time, I am wearing all black.  My friend each  month on the 25th takes a picture of me with my bra on, so I guess then you can see a difference, but I never looked at them to be honest.

So today my food intake was:

Day 51

So I guess its official that I wont have any weigh ins in February.  I worked ALL day Wednesday that I know that alone was a good workout.  I haven't found a scale yet, but I guess its okay.  I'm kinda scared to weigh myself anyways at this point.

Day 50

I know this blog isn't the best anymore, I used to talk alot and used to be so focused on losing weight and weighing in and since the scale left and my gallbladder happened, I kind of just lost hope, but at the same time, still try and eat as good as I can.  It was hard for February, because I didn't buy the groceries like I normally do early every month, so I didn't have the healthy food available to me.

to let you know about my arm exercise....its killer for me.  I push myself so hard to where I'm hurting and I struggle even lifting it one more time, but I do and I have to walk it off.....Some people might think when I work out at home that I'm slacking, but in reality, I'm dripping with sweat. 


Day 49

I have still slacked off, but still do watch my portions, water intake and try to exercise as much as I can.

Day 48

I woke up went to church, but was in a hurry, so I didnt get to eat breakfast.  Then after church I went to the grocery store and 3 hours later, I was so weak and had the worst headache that I ended up just grabbing something to eat on the way home.  I went to chicken express and ate for the day....

Day 46

I haven't been working out either which sucks, but I have no excuse!!! Today I was so sick, that I laid in bed all day and took a couple of hydrocodones which in turn made me sleep all day.

Day 45

Today was picture day and I didn't take one.  I am telling you....I have been slacking and I hate how easy it is to just stop doing something that you worked so hard, but I am determined to finish what I started so its on to getting back on track.  Today I had:

Today is supposed to be my weigh in day......I still haven't found a scale and since Ive been slacking the past 2 weeks, I would be scared to weigh myself anyways.  I am hoping to find one soon, maybe this week.  I do have one place in mind, but I need to call and see what they say and how they feel.

I have totally slacked, in fact this is the next Monday with me writing this, but I wrote down everything that I ate and did, so I'm going to catch you up this next week.  First I need to say that my PMS this month has kicked my butt.  I was lazy and craved all the bad foods and went with it.  I knew if I tried to fight myself with it that I was going to be losing.  So for today I did eat:

Day 41

I'm coming to the conclusion that because I don't have a scale to weigh in and I don't even know where this next week I'm going to weigh in, it actually has discouraged me on this diet.  Weighing in, is something that I looked forward to and wanted to see results, but since Wednesday I don't have anything to look forward too, Ive noticed Ive cared less.  It needs to stop and I need to get back on the wagon.

Today I had chicken,  potatoes, corn and green beans for lunch and dinner.  I also ate my half pint of rocky road that I had like a week or 2 ago, that I finished today.

I also walked 2 miles around the lake.

Important for my fridge!!!!  This spot was made just for water!!!



I want to try and get back to everything starting Monday about exercising and eating right!!!  I had my splurges this weekend, but its time to get go HAM!!!

Day 40

Again.....I had another hamburger with fries and a cherry limeade from Braums....oh and a double fudge Sundae.....

Did I not say that PMS does that too me??  I am glad though that 3-7 days a week its when I only want sweets and horrible food.

I did eat 3 bbq chicken breast, popcorn and water too for Breakfast and Lunch.  The popcorn is 94% fat free,  so its not to too bad!! 

I did work 5 1/2 hours this day so that's why the food is kinda off and weird.  I had no time to snack or even drink my water at work, because we were so busy.

I know I'm struggling and getting into my old routine since my sleeping and days are getting confused with 3 meals and 2 snacks.  I know that's what helped me lose weight with working out and I just need to get balanced again and start doing that again.  I know we all have our own struggles and eating at certain times are mine.

No workout today....my body has been getting sleepy with the PMS this time. :(

Day 39

I was bad today.......super bad!!!!

I had another hamburger (craving hamburgers as if I was pregnant) with fries and a Lemonade and then for dinner had Saumaris with chicken, rice and 4 salads cause my friend didnt want hers.

I mean, just horrible!!!

I didnt work out either, because we went to the casino that night, but dang!!!!!!

I guess we all fall off the ban wagon, just gotta get back on!!!




Day 38

I wont lie.....I know I am in my stages of PMS and so that calls for more sleep, more fatty foods and more sweets.  Its something that I think most women deal with, not our faults....its Eves, let just blame her cause it makes things easier for us, haha!!!

So today I started of healthy of course, with Chicken and white rice with some orange juice and the other half of my mini watermelon with organic salt!!!! (oh so yummy)

Then I got off work and well a Hamburger sounded yummy from Braums.  Even when I ate bad alot before, Braums hamburgers were always too big, so I looked and they have a Jr burger with the vegetables on it and it was PERFECT!!!!  I got me some fries and even a chocolate shake.  I was taking a dare because well, I'm not supposed to have high trans fat and also dairy, but I really didn't care and just wanted it.

I waited about a little over an hour and then went to the gym.  I got to my 3 miles and let me tell you, I rushed the past 10 minutes, because I didn't think I could get to 400 calories and to 3 miles, but when 50 minutes was in, I cranked it to 15% and semi ran.  This older man came by and I had my headset on and said, "man your a going, your heart rate is up".  When your on there and you hold on to a certain spot it has your heart rate and well....it was blinking red, which is good, cause that's what you need to do when you work out.  The reason why I didn't go HAM on the treadmill was because I did eat that big meal and didn't want to throw it up or upset my stomach.  But anyways....I did reach my goals and I wanted to jump up and down and I'm sure if my friend was working, I would have, but since it was a young punk, I didn't want him to think I was too crazy!!!





I hate being this wide around the belly area.....grrrrr.....its a working process tho
I did go ahead that night and go do my 30 minute circuit and the leg and back room!!! :)
