So today I started of healthy of course, with Chicken and white rice with some orange juice and the other half of my mini watermelon with organic salt!!!! (oh so yummy)
Then I got off work and well a Hamburger sounded yummy from Braums. Even when I ate bad alot before, Braums hamburgers were always too big, so I looked and they have a Jr burger with the vegetables on it and it was PERFECT!!!! I got me some fries and even a chocolate shake. I was taking a dare because well, I'm not supposed to have high trans fat and also dairy, but I really didn't care and just wanted it.
I waited about a little over an hour and then went to the gym. I got to my 3 miles and let me tell you, I rushed the past 10 minutes, because I didn't think I could get to 400 calories and to 3 miles, but when 50 minutes was in, I cranked it to 15% and semi ran. This older man came by and I had my headset on and said, "man your a going, your heart rate is up". When your on there and you hold on to a certain spot it has your heart rate and well....it was blinking red, which is good, cause that's what you need to do when you work out. The reason why I didn't go HAM on the treadmill was because I did eat that big meal and didn't want to throw it up or upset my stomach. But anyways....I did reach my goals and I wanted to jump up and down and I'm sure if my friend was working, I would have, but since it was a young punk, I didn't want him to think I was too crazy!!!
I hate being this wide around the belly area.....grrrrr.....its a working process tho |
