I know this blog isn't the best anymore, I used to talk alot and used to be so focused on losing weight and weighing in and since the scale left and my gallbladder happened, I kind of just lost hope, but at the same time, still try and eat as good as I can. It was hard for February, because I didn't buy the groceries like I normally do early every month, so I didn't have the healthy food available to me.
I did it today....
Raisin Bran with banana
orange juice
popcorn chicken
BBQ Bites
2 fried chicken breast
Luigi ice
Exercise.....
100 crunches
100 leg lifts
and tons of arm exercise....
to let you know about my arm exercise....its killer for me. I push myself so hard to where I'm hurting and I struggle even lifting it one more time, but I do and I have to walk it off.....Some people might think when I work out at home that I'm slacking, but in reality, I'm dripping with sweat.
