Did I not say that PMS does that too me?? I am glad though that 3-7 days a week its when I only want sweets and horrible food.
I did eat 3 bbq chicken breast, popcorn and water too for Breakfast and Lunch. The popcorn is 94% fat free, so its not to too bad!!
I did work 5 1/2 hours this day so that's why the food is kinda off and weird. I had no time to snack or even drink my water at work, because we were so busy.I know I'm struggling and getting into my old routine since my sleeping and days are getting confused with 3 meals and 2 snacks. I know that's what helped me lose weight with working out and I just need to get balanced again and start doing that again. I know we all have our own struggles and eating at certain times are mine.
No workout today....my body has been getting sleepy with the PMS this time. :(
