So I guess its official that I wont have any weigh ins in February. I worked ALL day Wednesday that I know that alone was a good workout. I haven't found a scale yet, but I guess its okay. I'm kinda scared to weigh myself anyways at this point.
My food intake today was:
Water
2 sloppy Joe sandwich's
1 mini musketeers
strawberry wheat bar
1/2 watermelon
salad, with meat, cheese, Romaine lettuce, tortilla strips
