Day 42

I have totally slacked, in fact this is the next Monday with me writing this, but I wrote down everything that I ate and did, so I'm going to catch you up this next week.  First I need to say that my PMS this month has kicked my butt.  I was lazy and craved all the bad foods and went with it.  I knew if I tried to fight myself with it that I was going to be losing.  So for today I did eat:

4 eggs with jelly
orange juice
Pickles
2 Vegan burgers with cheese and mustard
Banana Split
Cherry limeade

I did exercise and do 100 crunches and worked out my arms
