Day 49

I have still slacked off, but still do watch my portions, water intake and try to exercise as much as I can.

Today I had

Water
Taco Salad with chips and wheat tortilla X2
Luigi Ice
Chips ahoy cookies
1/2 watermelon
orange juice

and also I exercised at home with ton of arm weights, 100 crunches and 100 back legs
