Day 33

I was still sore today and I was still scared to eat.  I ate a bowl of veggie soup, ate some nuts that are good for the digestive system and a chicken sandwich.  At night I also ate 2 Lougi ice that was delish.  Its such a good little snack that's not fattening at all.

I had plans to workout and so I got my clothes on, socks and shoe on one foot and just knew I shouldn't.  I called a couple of friends and they informed me that I need to rest and probably wait till Monday to work out.  I knew that was going to kill me, just because it was last Monday when I worked out last, but knew that I was going to either hurt myself or over do it and be extra sore the next day.

So I stayed home and relaxed, I knew it was the smart thing to do!
