I wont lie.....I was lazy most of the day. I just wanted to relax and not think of having to do anything. I had every intention on working out that night and go to the gym, but I didn't. Instead I busted out in my room.
I had eaten 3 bowls of chicken Fettuccine Alfredo today. I snacked on some nuts and had 2 toasts with jelly and drank just water.
That night I did do 100 crunches, a million arm exercise where I was hurting bad (which is good) and some squats and leg exercise. I also stretched a little bit. Lets just say, I was freezing with ton of clothes on before I worked out, I was bundled under the blanket with a jacket on and my house shoes on while laying down and when I started working out, my clothes and shoes started to come off cause it was getting hot.
I'm glad I did do something and not anything. I had to reasoning or excuse to not go, but I will admit, my shows were coming on back to back for 3 hours and I got comfortable as I watched them and by the time they were over, I got tired. I had to work the next day, so I needed to get some sleep and shower before bed.
My weigh in is tomorrow and I'm kinda antsy to see what it will be since I didn't work out for a week. I guess we will see......
