After that I went home and picked up my other friend and we went to KFC and then worked out. I wanted to hug the treadmill machine because I missed it so much. I really don't know what I'm going to do when I have my surgery and I wont be able to work out for a couple of weeks. I am not looking forward to it.
So my food intake today was:

Breakfast: 2 toasts with jelly
Lunch: Sunchips
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, bread
Snack: Luigi Ice, nuts
I did 202 calories on the treadmill, about 30 minutes, then leg and back room and 30 minute circuit.
The thing I wanted to do was go hard in the gym, but new A. I just ate food that wasn't sure was going to kill me or not and B. I didn't want to overdo it since it was my first workout since last Monday. So I pushed as hard and far as I could to feel comfortable, but hopefully the next workout will be harder and better.
