Day 5

I woke up so tired today from last nights midnight workout, but I don't regret getting it in.  I noticed since my diet I have been grouchy and it was one of those days. {while I was writing this, my friend called me and I figured out why Ive been grouchy.....its because of my lack of sleep from working out late at night} It didn't start off that way but turned into it.  I had another bowl of cereal this morning and I noticed it tears my stomach up and I would think that would be one of the last things to not do that. 

I went to work today and when I came home I had another chicken breast with white rice.  I then went and took down all my Valentines Day stuff outside and carry all the tubs in to my garage.  It was about an hour to an hour and half of work.  I thought it was such a beautiful day, that I decided to take my dog to the Lake and walk around it.  I had eaten a yogurt before to give me some energy.  When I got home I did eat a big meal, but thought I would splurge today.  I ate 2 vegan burgers on wheat with mustard cheese and pickles and some toasted chips from Ritz and some water. I did get mad at myself for having 2, but they come in 2 to a packet and taste not so good when you reheat them.  I have decided tonight that I'm not going to workout since I walked and did some labor work outside.  Before I go to bed, I'm going to lift some weights and work on the upper body since my legs and heels are sore.

I really want to go to the Zumbathon tomorrow, but I'm not 100% sure if I will or not. I guess we will see!

Oh, and I lost my freaken pedometer.....I'm sure, or I'm hoping, its around here somewhere, but it was on my boot last time I saw it!
