Day 7....one week in.....and I'm feeling good! I haven't really had my full struggles yet. Ive been motivated to work out and eat right, but I realized these are the issues that I, personally deal with:
~I have to remind myself to eat 5 times a day (3 meals, 2 snacks)
~Make sure I workout, even if its 30 minutes
~Eat small portions
Those are the things that I have to remind myself and catch myself with. Tonight I went to the Y to work out with a friend. I haven't really worked out in their cardio room, so when I walked in they were busy. We both couldn't be on machines next to each other or even semi close and I am so used to Planet Fitness now, I really couldn't get into it. Another thing is, they didn't have televisions for me to focus on and I forgot my ear buds for my music. So we did a little bit and I showed her around and then we left to eat.
We stood outside for about 5 minutes or more to figure out what to eat. I haven't eaten out since my diet and so I was trying to figure what I want. We ended up going to Taco Casa and I am proud of myself for what I got, even though while eating I felt guilty. I had plain nachos with cheese and meat on it and then a taco, oh and sweet tea. I knew I was going to go work out afterwards, so I wanted some tea to give me some energy.
This is what I had for lunch, which my friend told me this little ideal of a meal......
Its Romaine lettuce, with lean turkey, cheese, mustard wrapped in it.
I had 2 of them and a peach yogurt!!! Yummylicious!!!
